About the Artist
Liz Ciavolino is a singer-songwriter. She began her
musical education in elementary school with piano lessons from her
mom. She started studying music more seriously when she began taking
harp lessons under Michaela Trnkova at the Peabody Institute
Preparatory at age 9.
In middle school, she started experimenting with
song-crafting. When she got her lovely black acoustic guitar
at age 14, she wrote more. When she was 16, she began
playing at local coffee houses and wrote more than ever
before.
"Undelivered Letters" is her first release. Liz conjures all her
instrumentalist powers to give you songs on harp, piano, and guitar.
Joe adds his snazzy, jazzy drumming. Throw in a guitar solo from
friend Richard Thompson, and you have lovely lilting poetic
pop. It quotes Shakespeare, references Bright Eyes, uses French, and
already likes you and wants you to buy it. And quite honestly, I do,
too. Want to see the song list and musicians? Go... Other contact points:
